Overview
We built a complete loyalty and engagement platform for retailers and service brands. It connects POS, e-commerce, and mobile apps to run points, tiers, digital stamps, referrals, coupons, and personalized campaigns—backed by real-time dashboards and AI recommendations.
Preliminary Design / Layouts
- Clean merchant console: Customers, Rewards, Campaigns, Reports, Settings.
- One-screen “Create Campaign”: audience, reward, channel, budget, schedule.
- Unified customer profile: purchases, points, tier, redemptions, tags, notes.
- Reward types library: points, spend-X-get-Y, visit/stamp cards, birthday, referral.
- In-store UX: POS popup for earn/redeem via phone/QR; customer look-up in 1s.
- Consumer web/app widgets: wallet, points, coupons, and “nearby” locations.
The Challenge
